Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
In-depth conversation on why so many rides are dying, and what you can do (rather than 'better marketing'). Topic will be pertinent to those organizations that depend on one major ride a year, and/or are struggling with loss of participation due to aging (i.e. dying) demographic. Presented through the lens of Bike Florida's experience and response.

Learning Objectives
1. Identify the real reason(s) your tour is dying.
2. Verbalize in no more than two sentences the purpose of your tour.
3. Conceptualize what your organization can do after your tour dies.
